SD1移动式龙门架 采用方管做支架主体，用扁管做斜撑，用厚度12MM--20MM钢板四块和16--20只高强度螺丝将支架与工字钢横梁连接,配不同型号的起重专用万向双刹车脚轮即可组成可移动立柱式龙门架。此款龙门架起重量最小规格0.3吨，规格20吨。宽度20米，高度12米。
此款龙门架适用于设备安装与调试、模具的装卸与维修，故又叫做模具吊。
此款龙门架的另一重要用途是装卸车。可选配手拉葫芦手拉小车、手拉小车与电动葫芦及运行式电动葫芦使用。
SD1 Gantry Crane
Structure features: SD1 Gantry Crane adopts the square steel pipe as frame main body, with flat steel pipes as the bevel , with thickness of 12MM-20MM 4 pieces of steel plate and 16-20 high-strength screws to connect the frame main body and the I-steel beam, with different type of brake wheels. The capacity is from 0.3 tons to 20 tons. The maximum width can be 20 meters, the maximum height can be 12 meters. It is applicable to equipment installation and disassembly, mold loading and maintenance, so it is also called the mold lifting. It can be equipped with manual chain block with trolley, electric hoist with electric trolley, ect.
SD2型绞盘升降龙门架 是在SD-1型基础上改进而成。其立柱采用粗细两种方形钢管，外层方管与底座连接，内层钢管与工字钢横梁连接。按客户要求打孔数个，需上调高度时，通过手摇绞盘使内层方管上升至需要高度。用螺钉穿在孔里，螺丝紧固即可。这种龙门架可在不同高度的车间里使用。此款龙门架高度可分级调节,定位精准、手摇轻便，钢架构设计合理，能承受从300～5000KG的重量。升降龙门架升降方式还可采用涡轮式及压杆式，供客户选择。
SD2 Hand Winch Height Adjustable Gantry Crane
Structure features: This type of gantry crane is improved based on SD1 type Gantry Crane. It adopts two layers of square steel tubes, including thick tube and thin tube. The thin one is inside the thick one. The outer tube is connected with the base, and the inner tube is connected with I-steed beam. There are holes on the double layers tubes. You can use the hand winches to increase the height. And then fix with a screw in the hole when you stop. This kind gantry crane is available in different height of workshops. The gantry is with grade adjustable height (The maximum adjustable height is 3 meters), precise positioning, easy to operate, reasonable steel structure design , bearing from 1000 to 3000kg weight. SD3 Rail Mounted Gantry Crane
The product is made from I-beam, steel frame and end beam by welding.
